Pharmaciens Sans Frontières - Comité International (PSF-CI) is a French Non Governmental Organization working in Cambodia since 1991 with its current programs focusing on STI/HIV/AIDS prevention and care. For its new project "STI/HIV prevention and care for those most at risk: The SMART girl and MStyle program" supported by FHI and funded by USAID, PSF-CI is now seeking for qualified Cambodian nationals to fill up positions as following. All positions are located in Phnom Penh.

1- Project Manager (1 position):
Job duties:
The project manager is in charge of the overall management of the project, including:
  • To manage a team of 21 persons and to directly supervise the Clinic Manager and Outreach team supervisor.
  • To develop monthly and quarterly planning with teams and to define strategy of the program
  • To overview monitoring and evaluation of the program activities and to ensure quality of interventions
  • To report regularly on program achievements
  • To coordinate with relevant government institutions, NGO partners and other NGOs involved in HIV prevention sector


Requirements:

  • Medical cheap cialis, Master of Public Health or other relevant certificate;
  • Management skills with at least 2 years of experience in NGO programme coordination, preferably in the field of HIV/AIDS;
  • Ability to lead a team, to analyze a situation and to take decision accordingly
  • Familiar with HIV/AIDS strategy in Cambodia;
  • English proficiency, both speaking and writing;
  • Good communication skills


2- Clinic Manager (1 position):
Job Duties:

  • To supervise the medical team and VCCT counselors
  • To ensure that the clinic is providing good quality services following NCHADS guidelines on STI/RTI case management.
  • To provide STI consultations and counseling about STI/HIV/AIDS to beneficiaries;
  • To collect and analyze all medical information and prepare monthly reports.
  • To participate to national technical working group on STI
  • To build capacity of PSFCI care providers and provide technical support to STI governmental staff

Job Requirements:

  • Medical Doctor, medical assistant
  • At least 2 years of STI/HIV/AIDS work experience with other organization, especially STI consultation;
  • Knowledge on STI/HIV/RH, including diagnosis, treatment and counseling;
  • English proficiency, both speaking and writing.


3- Outreach team supervisor (1 position)
Job Duties:

  • To organize and supervise the work of outreach team (6 persons)
  • To coordinate planning of outreach activities and ensure monitoring of activities
  • To ensure that outreach activities are consistent with national SOP on outreach and national 100% condom use program.
  • To collect and analyze information and prepare monthly reports
  • To build capacity of outreach workers and peer educators.
  • To strengthen network with other NGOs and government partners involved in STI/HIV prevention activities


Job Requirements:

  • Background in social science or other relevant qualifications;
  • Experience in HIV prevention outreach programs
  • Familiar with HIV/AIDS strategy in Cambodia;
  • English proficiency, both speaking and writing
  • Good interpersonal skills and computer literacy.


4- Male and Female STI care providers (4 positions):
Job Duties:

  • To provide STI consultations and counseling about STI/HIV/AIDS to beneficiaries;
  • To record medical information in patient files
  • To ensure sterilization of medical equipment and cleanliness of consultation room
  • To refer patients to care provider network when needed

Job Requirements:

  • Medical Assistant, midwife
  • Previous experience in provision of STI consultation;
  • Knowledge on STI/HIV/RH, including diagnosis, treatment and counseling;
  • Good interpersonal skills and computer literacy.


5- VCCT Counselor (1 position)
Job duties:

  • To provide pre and post counseling to clients of VCCT;
  • To refer beneficiaries to relevant OI/ARV sites when needed

Job Requirements:

  • Background in Social Work, Psychology, or any related field;
  • Training on VCCT counseling
  • Previous experience in counseling
  • Good interpersonal skills


6- Outreach workers (2 positions)
Job duties:

  • To carry out STI/RTI/HIV/AIDS health education in entertainment establishments
  • To provide counseling, protective services to the team and beneficiaries;
  • To refer beneficiaries to The clinic to receive STI consultations
  • To monitor peers educators in the fields and build their capacities;
  • To maintain good collaboration with CUWG and Outreach governmental staff, establishment owners and stakeholders;

Job Requirements:

  • Background in Social Work, Psychology, or any related field;
  • At least 2 years of work experience with other organization in health education program;
  • Knowledge on STI/HIV/AIDS;
  • Good interpersonal skills and computer literacy.


7- Accountant (1 position)
The Accountant will be under supervision of PSFCI Financial Officer:
Job duties:

  • Record all expenditures in PSFCI software
  • Collect all original invoices and classify it according to PSFCI requirement
  • Submit soft and hard copy of monthly accountancy to Financial Officer
  • Edit monthly financial report
  • Assist the Financial Officer in daily tasks


Job Requirements:

  • Degree in accounting
  • At least 2 years of work experience, preferably with International NGO
  • Computer competency, especially MS Excel and accounting software
  • Proficiency in oral and written English
  • Organization, strictness in work, ability to work within a team


8- Driver (1 position)
Job duties:

  • To transport mobile intervention team to their working places
  • To drive with consideration for the safety of the passengers and other road users, and according to the road condition and with respect of national traffic regulations
  • To record all travels in log book and make necessary daily / weekly checking of the vehicle
  • To keep the assigned vehicle clean and roadworthy

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license
  • Minimum 2 years driving experience, preferably with NGOs
  • Good interpersonal skills
